Finance Minister of India, Mr Arun Jaitley presented the Union Budget 2017 on 1st
feb 2017. It was fourth annual budget presented by Arun Jaitley as Finance
Minister in UPA Government. First time Railway Budget was presented at same
time. This Union Budget, was broadly focused on 10 themes, like farming sector,
rural population, poor, youth and underprivileged health care, financial sector
for stronger institutions, infrastructure, speedy accountability, prudent
